RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with them. We will do our best to take care of our customers, fairly and responsibly.  If you've received a damaged or defective item please email us at Collectionscloset@gmail.com

WE ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS ON UNWORN MERCHANDISE WITH TAGS ATTACHED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF PURCHASE. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS TO ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT.  We hope this will encourage you to take your time in selecting your purchases and feel free to reach out to us with any questions regarding sizes or styling. Store credit never expires. We continuously receive new styles each week and hope we can assist you in finding something new if your purchase doesn't work out!

 

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY STORE CREDIT?  Expect an emailed CODE within 3 business days of the delivery of the return at our warehouse. Store credit is not processed the day your item is delivered. It must be sorted, inspected and processed. You are not credited back shipping cost. Thank you for your patience.

ADDITIONAL RETURN DETAILS:

-You may also opt to return your item(s) to our retail location: 1301 Herr Lane, Suite 181, Louisville, KY 40222.  Please note, you must drop off items in a package with a copy of invoice inside.  You will not be issued store credit in-store, and processing will still take 3 business days from day of drop off.  An email with a CODE for credit will be sent to your email address after processing the return.

We only offer STORE CREDIT for returns. We do not issue refunds back to your original method of payment.

- The amount of your store credit is only for the item(s) you purchased and does not include the shipping.

- We DO NOT send return labels. You may send your item(s) back however you prefer.

- Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of purchase date.

- Original invoice must be included in your return package.

- Sale items are FINAL SALE.

- All accessories are FINAL SALE.

- Any returns past the policy will not be accepted or store credited.

EXCHANGES

- Exchanges must be the same item, but different size request. 

- We are not able to exchange for different items.

- If you need to make an exchange, note your size exchange on your invoice and return to address listed above. If we have the item in stock in your requested size, we will send it to you. If we don't have your requested size, we will email you a CODE for store credit.

SHOE RETURN POLICY

- Shoes must be UNWORN

- Merchandise must be in original box with the original invoice included.

- Shoe returns must adhere to all of our requirements from our RETURN POLICY above.
